Erick L. Richey, MHR
Erick has a master’s degree in human relations from the University of Oklahoma. He holds graduate certificates in helping skills as well as human resource and diversity development. He has experience as an undergraduate research student from Texas Tech University in cognitive psychology.
Erick understands the challenges of priority management. He has over six years experience working in the criminal justice system as a community supervision officer. He moved up the ranks to specialized caseload officer where he supervised high risk clients.
Erick knows the pressure of meeting corporate demands. During his six years working at HSBC bank he demonstrated an unrelenting resilience by reaching the most esteemed charge off department as a senior level credit card collector. He was also a 4-star performance winner three times as well as numerous call quality awards.

This foundation should be based on accurate assessment, purposeful intent, focused attention, positive expectation, and measurable action.

Richey Coaching envisions a group of leaders who value people without compromising purpose. This vision can be accomplished by equipping clients with the tools needed to facilitate inspired action. As a coach each client should be given an opportunity to set purpose inspired goals, pinpoint motivation level drivers, recognize possible derailers, develop character, simplify communication barriers, and inspire others to action.
